Among the traditional dishes of Aosta Valley's and Piedmont's cuisine, that are still prepared on the wood stove, we can mention soups, fondue, crêpes and ravioli as well as game, roast meat with bilberry sauce and shin of beef with mushrooms. Moreover, we propose local desserts and wines made in the Aosta- valley and in Piedmont.
