A big network of beautiful paths will guide you to the destination of your hikes. The cable cars will take you up in the mountains and allow you to reach some tops that before where reserved to skilled mountaineers. There is the best starting point to reach the Sella, Gnifetti and antova huts and also the famous Capanna Margherita. The flora and fauna lovers will find lots of beautiful creatures to observe and photograph.
The mountaineers can reach the tops up to 4500 mt, headed by the Alpine guides, or train their climbing skills on the equipped cliffs and via ferrata. You can discover the Walser culture visiting the Savoia castle, the Alpenfaunamuseum and the Walser houses, where you will appreciate the rich history of the Walser population, well-known for the habits and the striking processions.
To improve your knowledge of Aosta Valley you can visit the Walser villages, the Aosta Valley's castle, the Bard fortress with his Alps museum and the roman town of Aosta. Besides the cultural life you can focus your holiday on the sports: playing golf on the golf court of Gressoney-Saint-Jean or fish in the Lys river or in the Gabiet lake.
